Hi friend. You are so important to me and I want you to know that I love you a whole lot. I cannot believe that we met only two months ago, yet it feels like we’ve known each other for a lifetime. You are one of the most intentional people I know and I am beyond thankful that the Lord handpicked you to be my team leader. When I grow up, I want to be just like you. You love people so deeply and well. You care for those around you and you make time for people. You love people at their very best and very worst. Your smile is one of my favorite things in the world. You pray constantly and put others before yourself without complaint. You are welcoming and kind to strangers. You are community-oriented and you bring people together. Your joy for life is rare and inspiring. You see the good in people and you are loyal to those you meet. You love me and you want the best for me. You are full of wisdom and understanding. You encourage and support our team. You are constant and your heart is beautiful. You are vulnerable and authentic. You give generously and speak life over people. You carry my burdens with me and point me to Jesus. You are the best flippin leader I could have asked for and I’m so thankful for you. Britt, you have had such a great impact on my life; I cannot thank you enough. I don’t know what I would do without you. You make my life better and brighter. Thank you for all you do.
