Eight girls. Eight girls being shaped in the image of God.

I’ve had the privilege of walking along side these women for the last three months. They stand in integrity, wisdom, boldness and intentionality. They’re learning to choose joy and walk in confidence knowing that they’re daughters of the King.

For the last three months we’ve sat on this bed, laughing together, being weird together, crying with each other and fighting for unity. I’ve seen God push them, stretch them and grow them. I’ve seen the enemy trying to shove them down, drown them in his attacks and make them doubt. We’ve learned how to feel what each other feels and hold each other up when we feel like we can’t stand. God has taught us how to speak life over our circumstance, and how to call each other out for the sake of growth. It’s been rocky, down right mountainous at times, but oh it’s been worth it. I know that when these eight women of God get together in a house in Swaziland, a school in Myanmar or the streets of Thailand that the presence of the Lord can not be ignored because warriors for His Kingdom are there. We will walk in authority, unity and love, knowing who we are and knowing who God is calling all of His creation to be; His Children.

We are the girls on the bed. We are family. We are Ecclesia.
