Hello everyone my name is Alexandria Stephens. I am a barista at Starbucks and a nanny when I’m not there. I have been wanting to do missions for a while but it just never seemed like the right time. A couple months ago I saw something about missions and this time it just struck me differently. I felt a tug in my heart for Gods people. A calling to go and serve that i just couldnt shake. I tried to make up excuses for why I couldnt go telling myself, my kiddos that I babysit need me, or my middle school youth girls cant handle someone else leaving them. Every excuse that crossed my mind, God would take away. He provided more people to love and care for my little babies. He brought in more middle school girl leaders. He eased my heart and sparked a fire in me. Every time I started to doubt that he was calling me he sent someone to come and reassure me that this is what i needed to be doing, and i am so greatful and I am looking forward for this oppourtunity to serve the Lord and love on his people.
