Dear supporters,
I write you this to express my deepest gratitude to you. My immense and overwhelming appreciation for your generosity is beyond explanation. I am humbled by your love, support, encouragement, and belief in me. Your investment in the Kingdom, in countless lives around the globe, and in me, has further kindled the raging fire inside of me; the one burning to make a difference. I am eager to embark on this journey, and I am inspired to set forth and blaze the trail the Lord has laid out for me. None of this would be possible without you, and I am eternally grateful. I have worked diligently this summer to save for this endeavor, and to have you all contribute to the same cause brings me bliss and more; I feel responsible to uphold the investment placed in me. You are pushing me to be my best, and I am honored to live up to the lofty standards I’ve placed on myself to honor the Lord and you. I have come a long way to be where I am today, and I am thrilled to have you on this adventure with me. I’m a mere three and a half weeks from launch, which is insane. Thanks to your tremendous generosity, I am just $1,500 short of my next deadline, and I’m flabbergasted by the Lord’s providence through you.
I want to thank you for your belief in me. That to me is the most priceless gift. I’ve had people in my life discourage me from such a trip on account of my rebellious nature, fierce independence, and tendency to make mistakes. But I believe the God I serve is far larger than my transgressions or struggles, and that I am righteous through him, and therefore, equipped to bring his love and mercy to others. It took a long time to accept and learn this, and it is still an everyday choice. But I am beyond thankful for you for your belief in me, and I promise to honor your commitment by continuing to be the hardest working Racer, and to continue letting the Lord lead me and mold me, so that I may do the same for others.
