Hello friends and family!!!
So, I’ve developed this love for fund raising. I took some serious time and space & read “The God Ask” last summer. I knew I had to recognize and be confident that the ministry I would be doing was worth asking people to support me financially and in prayer. If you’ve raised funds for anything before, you know it’s a seriously humbling experience. It’s totally about how much someone wants to jump on board with you, and all you can control is contacting people and sharing your heart.
This time around I wanted to have some fun fundraising. I decided to create something fun, embarrassing, challenging, or just weird for meeting a few mile markers.
So here’s the rundown:
Each one will be a surprise until the number is met. Whatever it is that I do, I’ll post in a photo blog when the goal is met. I’ll be updating on Facebook with where I’m at or you can check my fundraising bar (although it takes a few days for that to catch up) !
Goal 1: 2,500
Goal 2: 3,150
Goal 3: 3,800 (aka fully funded)
