Hello friends! I have some new things happening in a few weeks that I am excited to let you all in on. I have the opportunity to partner with Adventures In Missions again to help lead a short term Ambassador trip in Gainesville, Georgia. Due to the uncertainty of the pandemic, these trips were originally international,  but were formed into domestic trips in the US on short notice. Because of this I will be hopping on a plane in just  1 ½  WEEKS to meet my co-leader and spend a couple days in Georgia training before meeting our participants. I will be leading a team of 10 people to serve in Georgia for a month partnering with various ministries. I am really excited to partner with Ambassador because although the trip is only the span of a month, we get the chance to walk alongside these men and women  in all different seasons of life and dive deeper into the gospel with them. Part of my job as a leader is to encourage, to teach, to challenge, to be a space to process, and reflect the love of Jesus back on this group of 14-18 year olds. Beyond being a spiritual leader, I will also be helping to lead the logistical and financial responsibility alongside my co-leader. Not going to lie, this is a huge responsibility- one that I do not take lightly. I am excited for the challenge this brings to my own position with the Lord and I am excited to see what He grows and stretches in me over this time leading.

Doing this specific trip state-side isn’t something any of us planned for. Up until last week I had no idea what the Father was planning for me to step into. But in the midst of this sudden change- I have so much peace and excitement stirring in me over what the Father is doing. He wants us serving and pouring out here, in our country. It starts here in our communities. I believe that for every racer to learn how to evangelize and walk out their faith here in the states is going to be so vital for them when they return home to their own individual communities. So all of that to say- I truly am pumped for the stirring that the Lord is doing and that I get to be a part of it!

Down to the details- like I said above, I am leaving in just two weeks so I’d love prayers for peace for my detailed brain and also that all of the pieces come together smoothly. Pray for the leaders at AIM, who are working to put all of these details together with ministry partners across the states and that the participants will come with open hands and hearts. That this month will fill them with new experiences they’ve never had with Jesus before and to better instill kingdom vision in their lives.

Financially, I need to raise a minimum of $500 to lead this trip, but my goal is $1000 to help cover my last-minute flight expenses, other travel costs and supplies. If just 20 people could commit to $50, that’s my goal! Thank you to each and every one of you for partnering with me, fighting for me and standing beside me throughout my kingdom journey. Your faithfulness and partnership fills my heart with gratitude I can’t put into words. If you’d like to donate, there are a few different ways to help!
