In hopes to keep you updated with the latest and greatest regarding my World Race journey… Rat-a-tat-tat, here’s a few FACTS.

Fact #1: God is faithful, and His provision is supreme.

* In just three short months, God has provided $7,800 through your generous hearts willing to partner with me in this ministry. I have met my deadlines and have full faith that God will continue to meet my needs financially for my future deadlines while out in the field. Thank you for being a part of that. Not only has He been faithful in the provision of the trip’s overall cost, but also my necessary vaccinations, my gear, and many more aspects that make up the preparation for this missions adventure.

Fact #2: On January 9th, we launch out into the world.

* The time is quickly approaching for me to leave my comforts of home and all my American luxuries for the next year and replace it with the bare necessities that fit into a backpack. But the most important thing I’ll be taking with me is the love of God; we’re going to be the hands and feet of Jesus around the world.

Fact #3: My route is subject to change; it just did.

* A-squad will no longer be going to Mozambique, instead we will be going to Cambodia. The new order of the route is as follows:

Guatemala. Honduras. Nicaragua. Costa Rica. Thailand. Myanmar (Burma). Cambodia. Malaysia. Philippines. South Africa. Swaziland.

Stay tuned, it may change again. 🙂

Fact #4: Prayer is powerful and effective!

* Keep my entire squad, my team, and myself in your prayers as we prepare physically, mentally/emotionally, and spiritually for this mission. That we would remain safe. That we would be intentional in everything we do for the next 11 months. That our mission of love would be effective. That God would work in us and through us.

If you would also pray personally for me:

  • That God would break me from my comfort zone of false ‘control’, and take away my agendas and replace them with His.
  • That God would reveal Himself to me in entirely new ways, supernatural ways.
  • That God would reveal His purpose for me, and give me a passion to pursue in life on the WR, and after.
  • That God will use me to be a blessing to many tribes and nations and in turn strengthen my spiritual walk with the Lord.
  • That He would give me a servant’s heart and break me of my selfishness.

Fact #5: Snail mail makes me happy! See ——> =D

*I would love to receive encouragement (letters, notes, pictures) to take with me on the race and open in times of need.

There will be times on the race where I will feel homesick, will need an emotional or spiritual boost, some encouragement from my loved ones at home….There will be times where it will be easier for you to reach out to me, due to logistics. And at the same time that I want to share my ministry experience with you, I also want to hear about YOUR LIFE.

Fact #6: God is Good! … and my favorite number is 6.

* I am so blessed to have this opportunity to travel the world and experience God’s creation, different countries and cultures, and to build relationships with people around the world, sharing the miraculous, unconditional love of the Lord with them. I wake up every day and am amazed that God has called me to this mission. He is so good. And I am so thankful.
