Time is flying by on the World Race, and I’m sitting at the airport getting ready to leave Africa.

I’ve been in Africa for the last three months and, this continent has really become familiar like home to me.

Asia though – Asia is completely new and honestly, it’s making me a little nervous. The culture is very different. The people are different and the food is a little new to me…..I hope that they don’t try to get me to eat DOG…I don’t think I want any of that.

But whether I’m ready or not, in a few hours I board a plane to Hong Kong. We have layover in Bangkok for an hour or so and then we have to pray that everyone gets their visas for China. And then off to China we go!

And then it’s Asia for the next three months. I don’t know where in China I will be and anything is subject to change. But as nervous as I am, I am confident that God has incredible things to do through us in Asia!

So with that said, please pray hard for our squad and our transition between continents!

You should know… It’s basically guaranteed that I will not have Internet for at least the next month.

So don’t expect e-mails.
 Don’t expect Skype calls.
Don’t expect to see me on Facebook.
 Don’t expect any blog posts.
And don’t worry! (No news is good news.)

It’s going to be difficult, especially because it’s the holiday season. I’m away from my family but its all good because God has me in his hands. I’m so Grateful for my team. We all really bonded a lot this month and I can’t wait to spend the rest of the race with them.

I just want to say a big Happy MERRY CHRISTMAS AND HAPPY NEW YEAR to everyone! LOVE YOU ALL!

Remember Christmas is about Christ and not about what you receive….
