Over the last 8 months, fundraising has been so hard for me. This was my first time to ever fundraise and at times it was so exhausting, and I didn’t want to do it anymore, and other times were so great because it allowed me to meet so many people who are also missionaries and I was so encouraged by them. So here’s what it took.
- ALOT of prayer
- support letters
- photo shoot raffle
- a video played at my church
- Younique Makeup raffle
- donation from a Mary Kay makeup order
- homemade candles event
- TONS of baklava
- garage sale
- t-shirts
- mason jars filled up with loose change
- 20/20 challenge
So with all of that over the last 8 months, as of today, I AM FULLY FUNDED!! I am so amazed at the support I’ve received from so many different people. I’m so thankful that so many people believe in what I’m doing in Asia. I seriously could not have done any of this without you!! 10 days until I’m in Asia!!
