I’m Alex Gwidt a proud Wisconsinite and a humble follower of Jesus. I first accepted Christ at the age of 17 and my life hasn’t been the same since. I’ve traveled to several different areas of the world that have grown my heart and led me to join a team on the World Race. I am excited to follow the promises of Jesus and to lead a life empowered by the Spirit on this journey.
A few other things about me. I love music! I have an eclectic taste, however, my favorite music is usually an singer-songwrite/indie style. Some of my favorite artists are Sufjan Stevens, Iron & Wine, and Damien Rice. I also love playing music. I will play (or at least try to) any instruments I can get my hands on, but guitar is what I’m best at. I dabble in banjo, piano, and harmonium as well. I also enjoy photography, especially as an excuse to go and explore new areas to find adventure. I like reading poetry and other literature as well, Wordsworth being my current favorite.
