Lately, I've been understanding more and more what Moses must have been feeling like when God asked him to go and do his work. Writing is not my strong suit, nor is it one of favorite things. I would much rather talk to people. This is not to say that I am a wordsmith, far from it, but it is much more comfortable for me than blogging. So when the WR people told me that I'd have to get a blog and keep updating it, I wasn't too keen on the whole idea.

However, God has bigger plans and likes to challenge us as believers, so I'm doing my best to write. Even though this is not my most comfortable outlet of expression, its the one I've been given. The thing is, God doesn't call us to be comfortable, He calls us to act and obey. Hopefully through this act of obedience you will be able to take away something of value and, if nothing else, you will be able to see how God is working in my life.

I'm also planning on doing some vlogging (video blogging) in the near future so that I can convey my ideas in a different fashion. In the end though, what I write or say on this blog doesn't matter. What does matter is what I say to those people who do not know God that I meet on the race. What does matter is that I lead a life that reflects God and gives Him glory. What does matter is that put my pride aside and let God take over. I pray that God will help me like He helped Moses and that He will teach me what to say. Thank you to everyone for all of the support so far and please continue to pray for this trip!
