Sorry for the lack of updates. Africa is wonderful, but surprise Internet access is spotty. I’m going to type up a blog or two this week and should have some good stuff to post next Monday when we hopefully get Internet again. Here’s a really short update though since last time.

First of all, we got new teams at the end of Ireland in hopes of making the squad one big family as opposed to eight smaller team families. I think it worked wonderfully. God’s hand was definitely in the picking of these new teams. So if you’re interested in checking out my new family here they are. Check em out. God blessed me for sure. I love them already.

We’re in the town of Eldoret, Kenya right now working with an incredible pastor and his family. We mainly go around and do door to door (aka hut to hut) ministry. We just stroll up in people’s yards and they invite us in their house. We pray for them, offer them encouragement and sometimes even sing songs with them. It’s definitely unique but it’s really good. God’s working through us for sure.

Our church is held in a single room about the size of a standard one car garage, but it’s awesome. We dance, we sing in Swahili, and I even got to preach one Sunday. Yikes. It went well though, and I didn’t see anybody sleeping so I’ll count it as a success.

Ok well that’s it for right now. Just call this a preview for next week when I’ll have stories of how God’s working and if the Internet is cooperative I’ll even throw in some pictures.

I appreciate your prayers. Keep em coming. That God does big things through us and that the Spirit is more and more active every day.
