Describe your perfect date : April 25- it’s not too hot and not too cold. All you need is a light jacket.
Dream vacation: anywhere on the Mediterranean Sea.
Weirdest thing you ate on the race: questionable meat in Africa.

Best memory on the race : I have too many to pick just one.
Most embarrassing moment on the race :trying to obtain a stool sample in Ethiopia.. it’s a long story.
One thing I’ve learned this year: what my relationship with the Lord looks like.
Wildest thing you did this year: risked my life going to the dumpster outside of our compound in Peru to get a shoebox for a teammate to mail things home in. I had to walk through a large pack of incest street dogs. Scawy .

Most embarrassing moment on the race : Petting a random dudes hair after he petted mine
What’s the craziest thing you’ve done on the race: Got undresses so the ladies in India could dress me in my sari
One thing I’ve learned this year : People don’t always knock

Hometown : apparently i’m from the most average state in the country so people stop listening by the time i get to my hometown.
Hobbies / interest : reading pinterest like it’s the newspaper, finding random benches and imagine feeding the birds, food combinations, collecting trash, you know the usual.
Favorite pick up line : literally cringing as my team currently looks these up
Dogs or cats? : oh dogs for sure, i’m too jumpy for cats.
Beach or mountains : scoff. mountains.
Pet peeves : puns.
Ideal first date : some sort of cooking or painting class, sitting in an airport and people watching, or a warm breakfast on a cold winter day. why aren’t breakfast dates more of a thing?
Dream vacation : honestly, i’ll just take my bedroom at this point
Weirdest thing you ate on the race: i walked into a random african church service, saw a peanut on the chair, ate it and then realized it was actually an uncooked bean.
Favorite country you’ve visited this year: nepal or romania..or india. lots of love.
Best memory on the race : i can’t pick any specific one, just all the times i’ve deep uncontrollably deep belly kind of laughed with these people who ten short months ago, i never knew existed.
Most embarrassing moment on the race : going to a coffee shop in columbia and for two weeks i was saying “no milk, i am the milk” when ordering coffee. i noticed the guys laughing at me, i just thought they were flirting??????
One thing I’ve learned this year : i really like napkins, i’m a massive hoarder, acting out what i’m trying to say isn’t my strong suite, and there’s a lot of world out there and not enough lifetime.
What’s the wildest thing you’ve done on the race? messed around and got malaria…and typhoid. and roto virus. oh and ecoli. and then typhus.

Best memory on the race : The adventures of getting lost in London trying to get back to our hotel
Most embarrassing moment on the race :We went surfing in Peru and I was stung by a massive jellyfish. I was starting to lose feeling so my teammates had to huddle around me and pee on my leg and arms
One thing I’ve learned this year : Life is meant to be lived simply

Dream vacation:Great Barrier Reef-Scuba Diving.
Weirdest thing you ate on the race: Well I almost ordered raw meat in Ethiopia by accident, but eating cooked guinea pig in Baños would probably top the list.
Favorite country you’ve visited this year: Rwanda.
Best memory on the race–
Adventure: Hiking Pichincha-not knowing what we were getting into… “It’ll only take 3.5 hours” 6 hours later- hiking through all terrains: sand, rocks and getting to the top when a storm was rolling in.
Ministry: Kid’s camp in Kenya! Hours upon hours of singing, making our theme verse into a song, games galore, tons of hugs, and children on my lap during every opportunity
Most embarrassing moment on the race: Running with some friends, tripping over the ground, and having an awesome sprawl on the sidewalk in the process of gracefully falling
One thing I’ve learned this year: Sooo much! But, God can be found everywhere and anywhere and is always there when you need him the most.

Best memory on the race :getting lost in Rwanda , jumping the fence that said “no trespassing” in the cajas park in Ecuador, waking up at 4am to hike rainbow mountain, all the moments my friends and I have laughed uncontrollably forever for no reason at all.
Most embarrassing moment on the race : when I ripped my pants in Nepal (right in the crotch area and walked around Kathmandu the entire afternoon not realizing it).
One thing I’ve learned this year :so several things , separate checks aren’t a thing abroad toilet paper doesn’t exist in any bathrooms in Africa , you actually don’t have to bathe with soap to be clean, you can have a good relationship with someone who doesn’t speak the same language as you, less is more and God is wild and has a humor.
