I want to share some exciting news and a hopeful request. I am officially one month out from my next funding deadline and I only need to raise $4,000 more dollars! I have done a lot of 1-on-1 support raising and it has been a major blessing. After much prayer and consideration, I would like to share the following idea. In my last blog post, I had slightly over 450 views, with almost 350 in just two days! But instead of asking less people to donate more, I have decided to ask more people to donate less. I am asking everyone who reads this post to donate just $10-$20 dollars, since every single small donation makes a HUGE impact! For comparison, $10 is equal to two Starbucks drinks, or one fastfood meal. If you could please spare that small amount, it would make ALL the difference to my goal of making disciples of all nations and showing EVERYBODY what being Loved by Christ truly means. Like many of you, I have personally given to causes or my church, and never expected or wanted anything in return. And also like many of you, you can imagine how difficult it is to be vulnerable and reach out for your help. Matthew 21:22 says, “You can pray for anything, and if you have faith, you will receive it”. I have faith that you will be able and willing to make a small donation towards this meaningful and important mission. Please pray for the hearts of those we hope to soften and encourage, please pray for the young missionaries that will be experiencing something life-altering, please pray that we can be a blessing to our ministry host and not a burden, and please give.
