Month 5 of the World Race is quickly coming to an end.  In one week we will meet up as a squad and WR staff for debrief and then on to our next country.  The Race is almost half way over which is crazy to think about. We’re becoming experts at packing, unpacking and packing again, sleeping anywhere we can, giving and receiving feedback, forcing down food we’d rather not know what it is, ignoring the barking dogs and not peeing on ourselves when using a squatty potty.
By the end of next month I have to be fully funded in order to finish the Race.  What does that mean? Well…my account balance has to be at $14,300 so my plane tickets can be bought for Africa, India and then back home.  My remaining balance is $3,600. No problem, right?  I remember when my account only had that much in it!  If for any reason I get over that amount, I can use it toward another trip or as reimbursement for travel insurance, shots, etc.  I’ve said it before, but no donation is too big or too small.

God has shown up in amazing ways when it comes to finances for me, and honestly I’m a little sad that this is the last “hurdle” I have to get over.  But I am so thankful that I will not have to worry about it anymore. Asking for help is not my favorite thing but here I am, asking you one more time.  I’m looking forward to see what God does!
Ronald and I thank you!
