This month has gone by way too fast if you ask me! Maybe because it’s been filled with feeding distribution, orphans, prisons, baseball clinics, prostitution ministry, discipleship, etc. I have loved every minute of being here and it’s going to be very hard to leave, even though I’m looking forward to Thailand!
A few days ago I decided to be adventurous and try a delicacy here in the Philippines called “balut.” It’s a duck egg that had been growing for 21 days and then it gets hard boiled. So basically I ate a partially grown baby duck! You want to watch this video…all the way through. Enjoy…
