Dear Ella,
I’m so excited that you are finally here! We’ve been waiting a looong 9 months to meet you. I feel sad to be so far away but know that I love you and I will see you soon. Keep the family company while I’m away; I know you’ll be a good distraction. Don’t grow up too fast, or at least wait until September to do that.
Love, Your Tia
I recently became an Aunt! My brother and his wife welcomed little Ella on April 1. A newborn baby is unlike any other creation God has ever made. It’s impossible for me to think that something so small and delicate but so intricately designed in the most perfect way is possible by anything other than God Himself.
My mom and Ella!
It’s hard to be on the field knowing exciting things are happening back home but I know I’m exactly where God wants me.
Where is that this month?!
Cambodia! We’re in a pretty small town in the Preah Vihear province. I even have my own bike to get around! It’s the hottest month of the year but we have an endless supply of mangos to eat, thank God. Internet will be limited again this month but I will try and update you as much as I can. Looks like a lot of personal evangelism and I will be working with a group of worship leaders. The population here is very young so we should have a lot of fun making relationships this month. Thank you for all the prayers…don’t forget about us!
