Hi friends. I currently am a Dietetics student attending the U of Minnesota. Instead of attending my Supervised Practice next Fall to become a licensed Registered Dietitian I will (GOD WILLING) be joining the October 2016 World Race Squad. God has called me to share the love of Jesus Christ in 11 countries over 11 months living simply out of a backpack. I am still in awe of how much better his plans are for me than my own selfish ambitions.
