Thought you may like to see some pics of what I will be taking with me and some pics of friends as we said see you later.
Everything I will be taking with me is in these two bags, incluing a sleeping bag, a sleeping pad and a tent (which you see there on the outside). I am looking forward to understanding the true meaning of necessity.
There in the red and black bag are all my clothes for a year. I put it next to a regular size pillow so you can see how big they are in comparison. It contains 2 pairs of capris, 1 pair of shorts, 2 skirts, 3 dresses, 7 t-shirts, one long-sleeved shirt and enough socks and underwear for 10 days.
Yup. I'm a walking drug store.
These wonderful friends of mine threw me a going away party last night. We shared laughs, stories, life expectations, and they bought me my favorite: BIRTHDAY CAKE!!!! They even sung me a happy-early-birthday song 🙂
Sam Eblem (the guy in the group picture, second from the left) made this really cool and creative card for me! I love it and put it in my journal 🙂
And this is my "goal board" for 2012. I make one every New Years Eve 🙂
