I apologize for the delay in getting this information out to you guys. It's been a crazy week because we had a few travel days thrown in since it was the end of the month and I am now in Malaysia as I write this entry.
So here is the latest and greatest update on my pneumonia stiation: I went in to the hospital on Friday the 26th for my first follow up appointment. They took a chest X-Ray and said I still had some fluid left in my lung. I went back in for my last and final appointment on Monday the 29th for yet another X-Ray. This time the X-Ray showed that I had even LESS fluid in my lungs than on Friday!
I am done taking my antibiotics and I am feeling better. However, I can still feel that I am not quite 100% again. It still feels uncomfortable to take a deep breath, but this will go away with time as my body heals from the sickness.
As far as the insurance situation goes, I am still in the process of getting things figured out. I have to submit my receipts and play the waiting game until I know for sure how much I will owe at the end of the day. Many of you have been praying for me and my financial situation because of my hospitalization, and I am SO thankful for that. God has been providing for me through people who I know (and those who I don't know) as I have received several monetary donations! God is so good!
Thank you again for the prayers and support this past month. It was really neat to see how many of you from all over the world prayed for me and gave me words of encouragement. Thailand might have been a month where I was sick the entire time, but God used the month to show me that He is in control and that I have a lot to be thankful for in my life!
