Hi there, this is my first post, I hope that a lot of people can follow me in this amazing life-changing journey. I am IN for the World Race!!!
I think I choose the WR because GOD is challenging me to do it. He wants me to walk by faith and not by sight. I’m pretty sure that this is what he wants from me, to serve him in this amazing organization.
But how I really knew this was for me? Well, SIMPLE! One day in one of my classes at college (day 2) one of my teachers were talking about this picture that he brought. The picture was about this baby in Africa that was eaten by a bird. The photpgrapher didn’t save him. My teacher decided to talk about this picture and he said:
“If the photographer didn’t do anything in that moment, we are going to do less than him. There’s no hope for this world”
I was so sad to hear this, because he doesn´t know God’s hope. (I been having the priviledge to talk about God in his class) He didn’t knew anybody from class, he didn’t knew me.
He didn’t knew that:
- I am a Christian and that GOD put in my heart to REACH THE UNREACH PEOPLE.
- That God put in my heart to serve him oversees.
- He didn’t knew my love for GOD and that I would do a lot for him.
BUT THAT CHALLENGE ME, God allow all that to happend for a reason. So that I would have the desire to just GO AND MAKE DISCIPLES ALL AROUND THE WORLD. That’s something for sure that I want to do. That Christ would LIVE IN ME AND TALK THROUGH ME because he is the HOPE OF GLORY living in us.
