Launch happened. It was in DC (well technically Virginia..) We camped on the Virginia Theological Seminary’s lawn (thanks to them) and it was good to be with everyone and to get back into the grind and the seriousness of what were doing.
I go to Kenya tonight. We have a 14 hour flight to Qatar (little out of the way, you should google it..) then another one to Nairobi that I think is another 5 hours. So it’ll be a while..
My group is staying in Nairobi for our first month, which at first I secretly wished we were in the bush but now I am just really excited about it. God has a way of doing that with me, changing my heart and mind to make it less like mine and more like what He wants..
So we might be working with refugees that have come east or we might just be there to be with the church were working with, either way I think its going to be awesome. I’m ready for our team and what’s gonna happen and its just gonna be good. I’m ready. Lets bring the kingdom.
