Heavenly Father,
You are the everlasting God. You are mighty and powerful and loving and wonderful! I thank You for Your awesome grace and your loving kindness. Lord, God, I pray that the Holy Spirit would be working in our lives as we go to training camp for the next 9 days. I pray that you would be preparing our hearts, I pray that we would be open to what you have to say. I pray that we would be willing to allow ourselves to be vulnerable and weak so that in our weakness You may be made strong. I pray that Your will be done. I pray that we would have faith to trust You and know that Your plans are perfect and far greater than ours. I pray for the fundraising process, that we would have faith to trust that You have it under control. I pray that we would be obedient and willing to accept what Your plan is – knowing that you know who is going on each Race, and You know who is going to be on each squad, and You have it planned out to bring glory to Your name and spread the name of Jesus. Father, I pray that you would be preparing the hearts of those we will be serving. I pray for the lost souls that don’t know the Good News and the freedom we have through Jesus Christ, Your only Son, Our Lord. I pray that this week would be about You and that You would make radical changes in our lives and that we would be willing to allow You to do this. You are the God of this universe, the Lord of all creation, and You deserve our Everlasting praise. It is hard to fathom that you would want to have a personal relationship with us, but I thank you for it. We love you Lord and lift up our hands and our hearts to You. Your will be done.
