As many of you know, starting in July I’m going to be embarking on The World race in July of 2012. The World Race is a 11 country mission trip were I will be engaging in a variety of different ministry opportunities!

With 2011 now in the rear view mirror and everyone including myself looking forward to 2012 what better way to start a 11 month journey, leaving behind 2011, than 11 resolutions?! These are not new years but more like questions I can ask myself to keep my focus right!

  1. What's one thing you could do this year to increase your enjoyment of God?
  2. What is the most helpful new way you could strengthen your church?
  3. What one thing could you do to improve your prayer life this year?
  4. What's the most important decision you need to make this year?
  5. What book, in addition to the Bible, do you most want to read this year?
  6. What skill do you most want to learn or improve this year?
  7. For whose salvation will you pray most fervently this year?
  8. What habit would you most like to establish this year?
  9. If those who know you best gave you one piece of advice, what would they say? Would they be right? What will you do about it?
  10. Who do you most want to encourage this year?
  11. What single thing that you plan to do this year will matter most in 10 years? In eternity?

****Bonus resolution… Don’t get a tattoo while I’m on the World Race!*****
