Something Exciting! :
I hope everything is going well! I am so excited to announce that next year I am planning on going on the World Race: Gap year. It is a nine month mission trip to three different countries through an organization called Adventures in Missions.
This past year I have learned a lot about who God is and the way that I am called to serve him. As most of you know, I have gone on three different mission trips. This summer, I also spent a month in Buena Vista as part of the housekeeping team at a YoungLife camp. It is through these trips that I decided to take a gap year and intentionally pursue the act of serving others. I felt called to pursue something longer than a regular mission trip, something that required real commitment and trust.
During this trip, my squad and I will partner with local ministries and helping them in whatever they need. Most likely, this will involve physical labor, teaching English, and ministering to the community.
How You Can Help:
Of all of the challenges I will face in preparation for and during these nine months, the most difficult will be fundraising. In order to leave fully fundraised by September 1, 2020, I must raise $15,800. This money will cover all of my expenses for the entire nine months.
If you are able and willing, I would love your support. Every bit helps! I understand that not everyone is not currently able to contribute financially but I would really appreciate it if you prayed for me and my teammates as we work toward our launch date.

Adventures In Missions is a tax-exempt organization under IRS code 501(c)(3) and is a member of the ECFA. (Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability). Due to IRS and ECFA regulations governing the administration of tax-deductible donations given in support of a particular trip/program, support contributions given on behalf of an individual will be used to offset the costs of the trip/program you are involved in. All contributions are non-refundable and non-transferable regardless of the participant’s success in completing the program.
