Hey Everyone, it’s been a while, hasn’t it. Quite a bit of stuff has happened since I’ve talked to you last! My life has been pretty busy, yet so peaceful at the same time, knowing that the Lord has called me to every place that I step my feet in.

To start off, my team and I left Malealea Valley, Lesotho (we cried, a lot). My time spent in the small village resulted in developing such amazing relationships with the people there. My host family quickly became like a second set of parents to me, and Jon + Jaime became my brothers that I always wished for. My time spent in Lesotho feels like a dream. I will miss everyone there so much and I am convinced that a piece of my heart still remains in that valley.

After leaving, my whole squad met up and headed to Johannesburg for a few days of rest and discipleship as well as community from our squad leaders and squad-mates before heading into our next few days of travel from Africa to Asia. Our last few days in Africa quickly flew by and the next thing that I knew, I was sitting on a plane headed for a new season of the race.

So here I am, writing this blog, sitting in the scorching heat of India, burnt taste buds and all, having the time of my life. My life is a dream. Chai tea is delicious. I love curry. Lots of bugs. Lots of happiness.

Now the purpose of this blog was really to say thank you. To everyone who has supported me for over a year, to everyone who has bought a shirt, bracelets, etc, thank you. The gun raffle that my parents just got done hosting for me has been such a help. Thank you to everyone that bought a ticket, got their hopes up, and then lost. You see, in you doing that, there was over one thousand dollars added to my fundraising! Oh, and thanks to the winner for getting your hopes up and then winning. It means so much. Seriously. (You’re all winners in God’s eyes! & I guess mine, too).

There is an update on my life here in India, endless love being sent your way from across the globe. I couldn’t do any of this without you guys!

xo,
