hello everyone !!! sorry it’s been so long since i’ve blogged! I’ve officially been living in Craiova, Romania for a little over two weeks now. that sentence feels so weird to say. a LOT has happend. It feels like everything is rushing at me at 100 mph. adjusting to life here has been wild, but i can already feel myself falling in love with the city and culture in Romania. let me just start by saying that Craiova is pretty dang beautiful. every street is lined with traditional European style buildings with pastry stands and coffee shops around every corner. i can’t wait to explore more of this lil city. our ministry is nothing like anything i’ve ever done, so i’m stoked to grow in this area that the father has placed me in! Raul Costea (our amazing ministry host), is working on rooting a church here in Craiova, so his job for us is to develop relationships with locals that we then get to introduce to Jesus and the church community. Eastern Christian Orthodox is the major religion here; there’s a very large stigma surrounding God in Craiova. we are here to show people that Jesus wants to have a personal and life changing relationship with them. we want people to know that Jesus is more than traditions and legalism. we want them to know that Gods love for them is unconditional; not based on the good things they do. only .2% of Romanias population are born again believers. that’s what we are here to change!  trying to start friendships with random Romanians who sometimes don’t speak english can be scary and uncomfortable at first, but remembering the purpose behind it makes it so worth it. over the past two weeks, i’ve already met and prayed over so many genuine people that i can’t wait to grow closer to. life here is refreshing. i wake up every morning with the sole intention of spreading the love of the father to romania. how mind boggling is that. i’m living in community with my squad and learning new things everyday. i’m excited to see how God is going to move within the next three months.

prayer is so important during this time of adjusting to life on the field!! please partner with me in prayer for :

•discernment to hear what the holy spirit would have me say to the people of craiova.

•the hearts and minds of the people here to be open to receiving love.

•freedom from anxiety and spiritual attacks.

alsoooo want to give a BIG thank you to everyone who has supported me thus far and made it possible for me to spread kingdom across the world!! I still have around $4,000 to raise before i’ll be fully funded. if you feel lead to support me as i continue my journey, you can do so by donating through my blog, or venmo: abi-dolihite (ANY amount helps!)
