Hi! Welcome! I am so glad you’re here! As you probably already know, my name is Abby Shurtz (yes, it is pronounced just like shirts), and this is my world race blog!
I recently finished my freshman year at the University of Georgia, and it was incredible. God grew me in so many ways, and I am expectant that He is going to continue to do that through my gap year with the World Race!
Some things that make me feel the warmest inside include sunset watching, freely worshipping, picnicking, letter-writing, road-tripping with the windows down, concert-going, and learning more about the world and its Creator through His Word and people that have been placed in my life so graciously and intentionally. Flowers, fields, waterfalls, kiddos, skies, foods, music, and friends are some of the sweetest things I’ve grown to love and admire over the course of my life thus far.
Most importantly, though, I just want to thank YOU for being here and supporting me through this journey with your thoughts, prayers, and donations, because I couldn’t do this without your help!
