Abby a new blogger who has no idea how to blog but is going to try her best 🙂
Hi friends, welcome to my about me page! I am so excited to say that I am officially going on a 9 month mission trip with the world race to Thailand, India and Costa Rica in the fall of 2019.
If you don’t know me my name is Abby and I am 18 years old. A few things you should know about me is that I always have a smile on my face, I have two younger siblings, my favorite food is ice cream, my favorite season is summer, I’m not usually on time, I like to make videos, and I love our Lord with all of my heart.
I love loving people and try to be a light in the lives of others, by honoring the Lord. I work at a day care and love all the kids most of the time 😉 I enjoy capturing the moment by taking of pictures and videos. I like to spend my time being outside, trying new things, and meet new people.
I have made a decision to follow Jesus and part of following him is going where he leads me. I feel that over the past couple of years the Lord has been leading me to make this decision. By stepping out of my comfort zone and starting this new journey, while obedient to the Lord’s calling. This mission is going to be unlike anything I’ve ever done before and I am so excited to learn and experience new perspectives. I have put my trust in the Lord that he will provide what I need for this mission and have set aside all of my fears and doubts that I have had about this mission. During these 9 months I will be living out of a backpack while being the hands and feet of Jesus. I can’t wait!
