For those of you that don’t know. We had a team change. That mean that the 7 girls I’ve been with for the past 7 months is going to change. I’m going to be with a different group of people from my squad but I don’t know who yet. And on that note- as I walk out of the season of Team Now, I have some few last words that I’d like to share.

Dear Team Now,

Chessie, thank you. Thank you for becoming one of my best friends. Thank you for always being open. Thank you for being accepting. Thank you for always listening. Thank you for having those hard conversations with me. Thank you for always being there and I know you always will be there. Thanks for the insane about of inside jokes and constant giggles.

Amie Beth, thank you for being a leader full of grace. Thank you for leading us with such spiritual guidance. You giving up a year of your time to pour into us and lead us to Christ is so selfless and I couldn’t thank you enough. I never would have thought the random lady they assigned to me at training camp would end up traveling the world and living with me for seven months straight. You’re constantly seeking feedback and it’s so cool how you crave growth. Thank you for the laughs and the sweet moments.

Gabby, girlfriend you’re amazing. Thank you for being YOU and no one else. Thank you for always being there. Thank you for always being the one to get in the freezing ocean with me- no matter what day or what time. Thank you for all the fun times and hard times. Thank you for your thoughtfulness. Thank you for your guidance as you lead our team. You are such a strong person that I admire so much. I would not have wanted to serve and lead a team along side anyone else these past months but you. You’re such a sweet friend of mine that I love. I love you as much as you love North Carolina

Amelia, thank you for all the awesome ‘Amelia moments’ I’ve had with you. From getting churros, to long bus rides, to sitting on our beds talking- I wouldn’t trade those moments with you for anything else. You’re sweet soul is so much fun to be around. It’s amazing to see how much you seek out the Father and really press into what he says. You’re so great.

Kyleigh, thank you for the constant laughs and fun times. Thank you for pushing me to get deep and uncomfortable. Thank you for always dancing with me. Thank you for encouraging me while I play swipe brick breaker. Thank you for prayers. Thank you for being there for me during the hard times. You’re such a ball of sunshine that illuminates any room you walk in.

Cheree, my Tennessee girl. Thank you so much for being there since day one- I really feel like we clicked. Thank you for the serious moments that can be broken by a joke. You’re laugh is breath taking (if you know what I mean)! Thanks for being able to relate to me by talking about home, or Tim’s Ford Lake, or Nashville, or anything Tennessee related- it’s been a huge comfort for me. Thank you for your questions that hit home and you not tuning out when the conversation gets deep or long.

Morgan, thank you so much for being you. There no other way to put it. I’ve loved getting to bond over talking about boys, horses, the lake, our families, and everything else under the sun. Thank you for always being a great listener. And thank you for seeking me out and pressing in when I was doing terrible. You’re every good at making people feel seen. I’m so thankful to have gotten to know you. And thank you for the stupid goofy moments that I can’t even put into words haha.

Team Now, thank you all so darn much for these past seven months. I would have never thought that I could live with 7 girls constantly. Nor would I have thought I could survive living with 7 girls constantly, haha!!
But y’all have pushed me to grow in so much ways, helped me through hard times, and helped me see the Lord in everything. It’s so crazy that now I have sisters from all over the country. Thank y’all for everything, I love y’all.

Your sister,
Abby
