Hi guys! I am super excited to be able to join the World Race Semester’s team to Ecuador and Peru! I chose this course because I have a big heart for Spanish speaking countries and I am crazy excited to be able to serve in these places. I would love to continue with Spanish by later minoring in it in college. I am a 2019 graduate of Oklahoma Christian School, ranked as number two in my class. I was a part of our student council junior and senior year, and I participated in various sports throughout high school. I still enjoy a good game of sand volleyball after work! I am currently apart of a life-guard managing team at a small water park in Edmond. In my free time I love to hang out with friends, go on a run, swim, paint, read, watch movies/tv, hammock, make bracelets, and go on adventures! My favorite passage from scripture is Ephesians 3:14-21, and I want to know and long for the Messiah’s love and to take this high, long, deep, and wide love of Christ to the ends of the earth! I believe it is truly a privilege to be entrusted with the gospel, and my hearts desire is to share that privilege with people around the world. I love getting to know other languages and cultures, and learning how to communicate across barriers such as language, culture, and religious customs. I hope to be apart of a team who lets God use us to break some of these barriers to show people his great, unrelenting love for them! I am so grateful and appreciative of each and every person who has helped make this trip possible for me to be able to attend and I can not wait to see what God has in store for the next few months!
