Our first night in Guatemala I was praying over this season & as I was waiting in stillness I heard the word “rhythm.” Immediately, I felt His peace as I realized that’s all I need for this year and all I long to grow in. Growth, too, is so evident here in the abundance of greens and life. The multitude of shades remind me of all the internal & literal growth happening as well as all the different forms it can take.

May I be tuned to the strings of the Spirit, in sync with the baton of the Son, and playing for the glory of the Father. May all that I do be in rhythm with You & in melody with Your symphony. May my life be a simple rhythm of praise in all my days. May the strings of my soul resonate in love. May I be a mere undertone in Your symphony.

These pictures are from ministry this week! Sweet new amigos and lots of sunshine!

Psalm 57

Be gracious to me, O God, be gracious to me, for my soul takes refuge in You… I will cry to God Most High, to God who accomplishes all things for me. My heart is steadfast, O God, my heart is steadfast. I will sing, yes I will sing praises! Awake, my glory! Awake, harp & lyre! I will awaken the dawn. I will give thanks to You, O Lord, among the peoples; I will sing praises to You among the nations.

How beautiful it is that He gives us fresh melodies to tune into each day with Him. May you know the beat of His love this moment and choose to tune in throughout your day!

Love,

Abby
