The morning of January 13th, I poured the last bit of our Folgers coffee grounds into my French press with joy over a simple cup of joe & also sadness over the realization that there may not be one tomorrow. Little did I know that at 4:30am the next morning we would be in a van on the way to the airport ready to move to Guatemala. After unexpectedly being in quarantine for a week, we were feeling a little cooped up and quickly running out of grounds (of both the both of the Folgers & metaphorical kind) Yet, God knew all along that He would not let us go without. He worked a miracle as negative COVID tests rolled in just in time to catch a flight to find new coffee grounds & actual new grounds. He provides in the big and little things for us. As His children we can rest in His provision even if it looks different in different seasons. Let me tell you, the grounds here are pretty sweet. What might new ground look like for you right where you are?

We have been in Guatemala for a little over a week now and how wonderful it has been. Let me just say, the grounds here are so so sweet. Here are a few glimpses into our travels and time so far!

As wifi is limited to weekends, feel free to email me and I will get back to you as soon as I can!
