Hey there! My name is Abby Driskill. I am blessed to call Little Rock, AR home and have filled the past 18 years of my life with big toothy smiles, diving into the Word of God, doing online schooling, kicking the soccer ball, taking violin lessons, drinking an unhealthy amount of coffee, and traveling all over the place.

Travel and adventure have always been a part of my life. My grandmother, more commonly known as Mema, got the travel bug when she was a little girl and somehow she has passed it onto me even more fiercely. In realizing that adventure is not something everyone loves, I started to consider ways in which the Lord could use this passion within me combined with my passion to love people. After a particularly memorable trip this past summer, I found myself realizing that a gap year would be a great opportunity to further chase after the call to love and the desire to travel. Only a couple months later, I found myself applying to the World Race, interviewing, and making a down payment all within a week or so. In this next crazy adventure, I hope to make less of myself and also discover more of myself. I hope to further obey the Great Commission and chase passions the Lord has planted in my soul. While the unknowns and doubts of a Gap Year certainly intimidate me, I trust that if I use my time to serve Him then He will certainly craft it into His plan and for His glory.

So, if you love a random story, rants about Jesus, or honest adventures, feel free to follow along my journey by subscribing, financially partnering with me, or joining me in prayer!

With love,

Abby
