After four long days of travel, we are in Swaziland!! Yesterday we attended our first Swazi church service in which our pastor spoke in english, praise God. Today we found out which carepoints we are going to and met our shephards. I will spending the first few weeks at a different carepoint than planned because our shephard is away on honeymoon. I will be with Thuli at the Joyela carepoint. We will be helping her feed and teach bible lessons for about 75 kids! We have had lots of training and time to rest and are ready to jump into ministry tomorrow!
Life in Swaziland is so simple and sweet. We have eggs and oranges for breakfast and PB&J for lunch every day. We hand wash clothes, walk to
church, sleep in bunk beds and enjoy the most beautiful sunsets I’ve ever seen. On Saturday we celebrated my teammate Kaitlyns’ 20th birthday!
I have a few more blogs to post from the last few weeks so keep an eye out for them! We do not have wifi where we are staying in Swaziland – we are currently in South Africa for month one debrief so the dates at the top are when they were written!

We found out our shephard will not be returning to work after her honeymoon so we are staying at Joyela! We are so excited we get to stay because
we have just started to form bonds with the kids and get to know their names and families. The Lord knew what He was doing when He put us at Joyela
and we’re so stoked to get to spend the next two months there! **
