1. India is awesome. It is so different from anywhere I've ever been before, it really is its' own little (or big and largely populated world.) I love all the colors from the beautiful sarees all the women wear to the excitement on the children's faces when they see us.

  1. My team is working with India Christian ministries this month. We are going out into villages to interview pastors and see different phases of church planting. We are taking photos and video to compile into new videos and graphics for their website, which we will also help improve. A few of my teammates are working with the staff to help them understand how to fully utilize social media to reach more donors and inform the public. It's really fun to be doing something that we hope will make such a big difference!

  1. This means I get to work with my camera all month! I am currently teaching myself Photoshop Lightroom (which I have a 30 day free trial of…and would LOVE the full version) and spending a good amount of time behind my computer editing pictures, but I love it!
  2. Indian clothes are awesome! I hate that I have to wear long skirts or pants with a tunic because it is so hot, but yesterday the girls on my team got punjabis and they are pretty much like wearing pajamas all day. It's great.

  1. There really are cows everywhere. I knew there were, but seeing it with your own eyes is a completely different story.
