I just had to share an article I read today by a man named Dale Partridge. He writes about habits a leader should have in order to encourage the people around them. Throughout history we see leaders, from kings to school teachers, use fear and punishment as a form of encouragement. This is not the type of leader I want to be. I want to lead and encourage others to be better through love, kindness, and positive reinforcement. This is a great article to read. (Just a warning the site has a lot of advertisement on it for Dale Partridge book.)
