Hey friends ! It’s been about 2 weeks since my last update but my computer broke and I’ve really just been struggling with what to write. So much has been happening, yet I feel like I have nothing to say.
For now I’ll just do an update with how ministry has been going ! Tomorrow is actually our last day at the orphanage, which is sad but also this ministry has been so amazing and I’m excited for what’s in store next !These past few weeks have been full of hour long rides to and from ministry; we have been pouring cement, sawing down trees, and doing lots of gardening. Oh and let’s not forget… Our ministry host, Bud, takes us to lunch every day where we usually have something new & 9 times out of 10 it’s SO GOOD. Also, he has made us banana bread, sun tea, and even homemade cinnamon rolls in the past 2 weeks so it’s safe to say that all of our hard work is paying off lol.
Although most days we are completely exhausted, I have loved every moment with my team (even the not so good moments). Every little thing that has happened in these past few weeks has brought us to where we are now, which is in a place of growth. I love getting to know these girls and seeing their hearts as we continue to push ourselves to do what God has called us to. We have already grown so much as a team and as individuals, it’s amazing.
