Hey everybody!  Life has been quite packed with ministry teaching, working and having fun together as a squad, and building community with the guys team!  We have mostly had to stay on campus due to covid, but as regulations start to lift we able to start applying the training that we have been receiving!  We were able to help with a block party in a neighborhood where there has been a lot of human trafficking.  The organization that we were working with has assisted in the freeing of 70 women and 25 arrests.  They have worked not only with the people in the neighborhood but also the police and hired there own private investigators to bring freedom and justice to the oppressed.

We have squad exercise at least twice a week and one rainy day we decided to do a mud run/relay with lots of mud at the end.  In the end I just had to join and literally “jump in”.

and yes those clothes are VERY permanently stained

We have also had the blessing of getting training in navigating racial reconciliation from and organization called One Race here in Georgia.  As shown below, all of the squads hear sat out on the hill side and heard our speaker’s heart on our nation’s past and how to help bring healing.

Lastly in this hodgepodge of things going on, my whole squad in heading down to Lake Charles, Louisiana for two weeks of serving with Samaritans Purse doing disaster relief this Saturday!  Please be pray for us as we cut up trees, gut houses and fix roofs, and share the love of Jesus with people down in Louisiana.  Please also feel free to message me and let me know how I can be praying for you.  Love you all so much!
