The high quality and original footage of my last movie, The Five Thousand, about those living in the garbage dumps of Manila, was lost with the rest of my videos and pictures of the Philippines when my computer crashed. Since then, it has been hard to muster up the desire to go through the hassle of making another movie, but I’m very satisfied with this one. I loved every minute I had with the Maasai, and wanted to display a portion, albeit a very small portion, of my time with them.
