This blog is dedicated to the newest addition to Team Ignite.  Meet Tracey Caufield (Traday as we like to call her).

When we heard the news of baby Moses, our hearts were dismayed.  I couldn’t help but think about the death that we’ve experienced on this team.  Our team in particular has witnessed too many young lives lost over the course of this race.  It has been very difficult.  But as the verses in Ecclesiastes note, there is a season for everything under the sun.  Where once it seemed that we only experienced death, the Lord has brought us life in Traday.

She is full of life, easy-going, and slow to speak.  When she speaks, you had better listen because it is coming from the Lord.  She gets it.  She moves in the Holy Spirit.  The Lord has provided for her to meet up with us here in Africa only to join us for the rest of the World Race journey.  Initially she came to work with G42 and the Black family as they were living in Swaziland.  When the Lord decided to temporarily close the door for the Blacks in Swaziland, he also opened the door for Traday to join up with us.  So what was once a solid family of 7 has now increased to 8.  We move as one unit, one body.  She brings life to this team along with fervor.  She has the fear of the Lord and wisdom to accompany it.  I cannot wait to see how these last 4 months are going to pan out with our newest addition.  Please pray for Traday as she steps out on faith to trust the Lord with her life over the next few months.  She is radical and she’s a warrior!

Follow Traday’s journey as she begins to blog and please send her an encouraging post to welcome her to our team!
