Spread Out
So, last week (our third week with teams) we had a smaller group from Canada, a medium sized group from Minnesota and a pretty big group from Ohio.
These three teams were different from past groups and even pretty different from one another, but they ALL had hearts to serve, just some were not as aware of that heart as others.
They came in to this week to help with TWO Safe Haven programs (here at New Life and at another church called Buen Pastor). The teams to go were gracious and willing to be flexible with the program. They loved well for sure!

Other projects these teams took on were to clean and paint around the church. Even to paint one outside door twice because it got tagged ten minutes or so after it got painted. Plain ridiculous!!
God also orchestrated one of the teams we had set up to paint the garage door of one of the men in the neighborhood who once had a very hardened heart towards New Life Pilsen Church (where we are staying and serving at). It is a total God miracle for this man to THANK our team AND even give them FREE pizza from his Italian restaurant. WOW!!

Most of all, these teams came here and WORSHIPED!! They WORSHIPED with all they had and by the last night I know the very atmosphere in this neighborhood was being transformed because of their hearts to worship.
