Season of Transformation: Decision Made

I'm not entirely sure how to type up the words I have to write right now.

My goodness this seems to be tough for some reason.

Alright, I'll start with the night I had my serve team and I pray for one another after a long day of serving at the AIM base for Project Searchlight. I had it in my heart that we needed to pray over one another, though I was still hesitant to bring it up because of how exhausted I knew we all were.

Anyways, we did the prayer time and I made sure everyone got prayed over first, then it came to my turn. Everyone had great words for me and one of the AIM coaches that was staying at the same house as us told me she kept hearing 'Clark Kent and Superman' over me. I accepted…haha. She proceeded to tell me that I will go into a phone booth as 'Clark Kent', but will come out in Ireland as 'Superman'.

     WHAT!!??!!

Fast forward to a few days or a week or so after getting back to Florida and my squadmate, Nikki Medders, texted me saying she had a vision for me.

We talked later on to where Nikki shared with me the vision of 'me standing there in a hole with a shovel and a little bit of some kind of treasure chest poking out'. Pretty cool right?

I had know idea the meaning though.

A few days later she left me a voicemail with the following meaning: "something He's about to reveal to me. see a little bit of the treasure chest and God is digging stuff up. leading me through a season where He's digging stuff up and sifting it, but He has to do it (the pruning process) to get to the treasures He has for me and treasures of my heart."

So as I thought and thought about these words and visions from God, I came to the conclusion (with His revelation) that God is moving me into a season of transformation. Intense!!

With that and since that time, I have taken some much needed time to pray and seek the Lord. I have put in an application for Jonathan David Helser's 18 Inch Journey school for the summer (have yet to hear back from them so far).

Finally, after talking to an amazing man of God on the last morning of Project Searchlight (Lamar Anderson), I have made the decision to go to IHOP in Kansas City, Missouri to seek out the Lord for this time in my life! To be exact, I just bought my tickets!!

So, I enter into a season of transformation and to start it off I made a decision (booking the plane ticket).

I ask for your prayers and if you would like to support me in any way, then please contact me. Also, check out my poetry at other blog: here!

I love you all and many blessings to you!!

     In Christ,
          AJ
