And so our day begins.  This was day one of working in Mogollon.  The girls in the house loved that we rode in the back of a truck.  It was exhilarting with the mountains in the background.

The children that came for our Sunday School class.  We taught them about Noah’s Ark and got to practice our Spanish a little. Lindsay is a wonderful interpretor for our team

This is the view from the land that the Pastor has bought.  He dreams of building a Christian camp one day. We look out over the land hoping to catch even a small glimpse of what Manuel sees.

I think Stephanie still needs some time to really see the bigger picture here.

Benny was in awe of this woman and her spirit.  She was a prayer warrior. You can see in her eyes the many sorrows, joys, and long hours of being on her knees before the Lord.  She is beautiful in every way

And as the day comes to a close, I am hopeful for things to come.  The people have welcomed us with arms open wide.  We had the chance to pray, teach, play and learn today.  This is just day one, I can’t wait for what is to come.
