I’ll post a more detailed travel blog when we have more internet time, but just know an African road trip is unlike any other 🙂 so…
after 50 hours in transit through three african countries, a “five hour” bus ride turning out to be 16 hours, trying to catch some sheep, sleeping on the side of the road, and a couple sunrises and sunsets, we’ve arrived safely at our location in mozambique. we’re talking dirt floors, thatched roof, tents under some palm trees, rice and beans, and the indian ocean. so excited about ministry! internet is limited, but we’ll try to communicate some. thanks for your prayers!
p.s. we’re working with a local guy here who works with local orphans and whos church has a specific ministry for widows. it’s beautiful here, but the need is still great. and it’s HOT. like, REALLY hot. bring it on 🙂
