On January 22nd I flew from Miami airport to Atlanta Georgia to meet my team and go to training camp! I met part of my team in the airport and then we drove to their facility headquarters in Gainesville Georgia. After all the registration stuff and connecting with the other half of our team we got to know each other a little and went to worship and had a small camp rundown as well as a little lesson. We did some other activities to get to know each other and then we called it a night because we all had a long day traveling. The next day we had lots of talks as well as we got our official ministry we are helping with! The ministry we are helping is called Ocean Edge Ministries in Jaco Costa Rica! After we got that information we took a test on spiritual gifts to send to the ministry host so they can get an idea of where each of us, individually will work the best. The rest of training camp has been lots of teaching by various speakers and a lot of safety rundowns since we are going to be out of the country. It’s been really great my team is amazing and I’m very excited to see all that the Lord has in store for us!
