I am so grateful for this opportunity that God has given me and I am so excited to see God move before, during, and after my trip.I do not know if it’s God’s calling for me to be a long-term missionary, but God has been tugging on my heart to join a mission group this summer.
I will serve as a missionary through Adventures in Missions (ADV) in their World Race Semester! I will spend one month serving, loving, and teaching with Kid’s International Ministry (KIM) in Manila, Philippines. KIM exists to meet the needs of abandoned children and the poor by showing them the Gospel. I will get the opportunity to serve in the nursery, build relationships with kids, tutor, assist with the daily distribution of food and medicine, lead devotions with the youth, serve in the birthing clinic, assist with disaster relief work, and help the team identify kids and people who need medical care.
I am confident that God will provide for all my needs for this trip! First, I would ask that you join me in praying for the children and the people of Manila. Second, I am writing to ask if you would consider partnering with me financially.I must raise $4550 to go on the World Race Semester in the Philippines. This covers all my travel, lodging expenses, meals, and insurance while I’m on the field. I have several financial deadlines to meet in the coming months and need to be 100% supported before I launch. If 45 people give $100, I will be fully funded before my trip in June!
