Hey guys! Thank you so much for visiting my blog! I’ve never been a big writer but I’m going to give this my best shot! I’m Monique, I’m 22 years old, and live in Jacksonville, Florida. I have lived in Washington, Oregon, and Georgia but have been in Florida for about nine years now and can honestly say that I still haven’t gotten used to the heat and humidity!
Anyway, I graduated from the University of North Florida in August with a degree in Health Administration. I put that degree to good use by becoming a preschool teacher! I love my job and all the kids I work with and really have a heart for reaching the next generation. I also love the sky, clouds, and sunsets. Sunrises are cool too, but I also really like my sleep! Dark chocolate and tacos are my favorite. I ran a marathon about a year and a half ago which I still find crazy! I love being active, working out, and going on walks.
I’ve been feeling God calling me to Africa for several years and really feel like now is the time for me to go. I’m scared no doubt, but I trust that God is in control. I’m super excited for everything God has in store and hope that you guys will subscribe and join me on this journey!
