It has been a minute! I just wanted to pop on here to tell you that I am still fundraising and, as of now, we are still planning to launch in September! I still have about halfway to go before I am fully funded, which means… new fundraiser!! In regards to my trip, I have been told that we will receive a final decision by July 1st in terms of launch. My squad-mates and I have been informed of a plan if travel is deemed unsafe. The only big(ish) change that has occurred is that training camp has moved from July to the beginning of September—this means we will head straight to Costa Rica from training!
Throughout the whole process of wading through the unknown, I am finding it so sweet to seek peace and reassurance in who God is:
He is sovereign over all
He is the Great Physician
He is the Way Maker
He is that and so much more

I am almost halfway to my fundraising goal!! Praise Jesus!
