Hello friends! I wanted to give you a look at what a day in my life looks like.
At 8 am we have breakfast and a new team serves the squad every day!
This is team magdalene!
Oatmeal is one of my favorite things we have for breakfast!
9 am is time for devos! This is just time we have with God everyday for an hour. It is time to focus on intimacy and make sure we’re starting the day right.
10 am is when we have session! This has a different focus every week and we learn from different speakers more about God and sometimes they are interactive and we get to answer questions like my squadmate Elijah is in this picture.
12 is lunchtime!! Chicken tenders and fries always makes our squad really happy!
From 1:30 to 5 everyday we have different rotations. Mondays we have laundry by hand which we do in buckets and put on close-lines. Tuesday we have showers. Wednesday we have squad fun time and cleaning! Thursday we have squad exercise and showers. Friday we usually go out for ministry in Gainesville and evangelize. It’s such a sweet time of asking the Lord what we should do. We always wear a mask for safety though.
5 is dinner and after dinner on weekdays we have time with our team.
